The range
- How many products are there?
- Eight. Two serums, three moisturising creams, one whipped balm, one wrapping mask and one mist lotion. Sample pouches are smaller sizes of those same formulas, not extra products.
- How do I tell the three cream formats apart?
- By name and size: the Collagen Cream is a 50 g jar, the Collagen Jelly Cream is a 50 g jar with a jelly texture, and the PDRN + HA Collagen Moisturizing Cream is a 30 g tube. The compare page puts them side by side.
- Are the 5 g samples for sale?
- Not at the moment. Samples are not sold separately.
- Do you sell supplements?
- Not currently. Ayugenics is focused on skincare.
Ingredients and use
- Do you publish full ingredient lists?
- Yes. Every product page shows the complete ingredient list in the order printed on the carton.
- How do I use the retinol serum?
- In the evening, after cleansing, press 2–3 pumps over the face and neck. The carton says to begin two to three nights a week and build gradually, and to use sunscreen each morning.
- Is the balm vegan or waterless?
- No to both. It contains tallow, which is animal-derived, and its ingredient list includes Aqua and Butylene Glycol.
- Do any of your moisturisers contain SPF?
- No. Use a dedicated sunscreen product in the morning.
- Can you tell me whether a product is free of a specific ingredient?
- Check the full ingredient list on each product page — it matches the carton. If you are unsure about anything, contact us and we will help.
