Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Many different peptides are used in cosmetics, each with its own INCI name, and they are not interchangeable with one another.
Published research on an individual peptide is research on that ingredient, usually at a stated concentration and in a stated test. It is not evidence about a finished product that contains it.
What this does not tell you
Research on an ingredient is not a trial of a finished product, and concentrations are not printed on our packaging.
